How to organize a trip
Every year hundreds of students move from their city, thanks to school trips (trips!). With this guide we explain how they work trips, as they are organized, what are the rules and our rights to this unforgettable moment.
OUR RIGHTS to give you advice on the organization of educational visits before we are clear about two little things: the visit of education in the vast majority of Italian schools have students pay for it, so it is right that students choose the route, time, and attendants, which then always find someone to accompany you! WHAT IS 'JUST A TOUR The law considers educational visit each trip of one or more days to take part in at least 50% + 1 of the pupils in a class. Your Council of the Institute in its rules may still decide to increase this parameter, but you can easily change it, citing the existence of this rule and would like to apply just the minimum required by law. THE COMMISSION TRAVEL Often the teachers nominate the elusive 'Travel Commission "composed of two or three lecturers who have paid the duty: to request quotes, cover, possibly in relation to fit your needs, liaise with travel agents, follow the process of your trip in the school board and do the paperwork for permits and those of your companions.
