The Professional Institute of Hospitality is a significant presence in Vico Equense on the Sorrento Peninsula. With more than 1300 students is the largest school in the district and continues to be booming, despite the demographic decline.

The three offices have a total of 44 classrooms, five laboratories, kitchen, 3 room, 2 bars, 2 reception (Front office) 2 of informatica.La school has three areas of competency: kitchen, dining and reception, two strands of post-qualification diploma: tourism and catering industry.
